HANNON BOTHMA

Hannon Bothma, co-owner of the HANNON brand, is a house hold name when beauty is concerned. He is well-known for his work as stylist and consultant on the make-overs featured on television and in all the major fashion magazines in South-Africa. He is a well-known face on television and gets weekly interviewed on national radio about fashion, beauty and image issues.

After opening his first Hair-and Make-up studio in Cape Town, Hannon joined forces with promotions and marketing guru, Julius Swart, in 1997. Hannon became famous for his ability to transform any woman into a beautiful princess within minutes. This talent and his uniquely humorous way of presenting led him to the stage where he now presents make-over shows to big audiences. During these shows he entertains, educate and motivate women about beauty and her role in society today.
 

With Hannon's extensive knowledge about the cosmetic industry, he soon assessed the need for a unique and professional hair care and make-up range in South-Africa. After extensive research and development in both France and South-Africa, Hannon Hair Care and Faces range was born. Hannon Hair Care and Faces is distributed through selected professional hair and beauty salons where Hannon, himself, regularly consults to salon clients about their hair and make-up.

Hannon's life is not all about image. "If you cannot give you cannot receive", he believes. One day per week he donates his time to various charity organizations in South-Africa by presenting image workshops and make-over shows.
 

JULIUS SWART

Julius Swart, co-owner of the HANNON brand and Hannon's business partner, was born in Pretoria, South Africa, in September 1965. After earning a honours degree in Clinical Psychology he established his own promotions company, Julius Swart Promotions.

In 1997 Julius joined forces with Hannon, travelling the world presenting beauty workshops to cosmetic houses and corporate companies.

As Director of the Hannon group, Julius ensures the financial and commercial solidity required for the continued growth of the group.
